Since we value our customers' satisfaction above all else, any low ratings are viewed as a learning experience. A negative comment or low rating indicates that a customer thinks that we're not doing something right, or need to make a change. Sure, all positive reviews would be nice and make us look good, but unless its customers speak up in person, a business is likely not going to know that their customers are trying to tell them something until they get their first negative reviews.

Review Rewards Rules:
1) It is UN-ETHICAL for any company to bait its customers into leaving false positive ratings by offering rewards.
Therefore, we strongly urge all customers to keep ratings as honest as possible and avoid exaggeration or "sugar-coating". You will still get your credit even if you rate us one-star; we appreciate ALL feedback, positive or negative. If you saw a weakness or room for improvement, rate us lower than a 5 and state why! Remember to list pros and cons. Honest reviews are more believable than pure over-hyped praise.
2) You must have had at least one paid service completed by Stealth Computer Services to receive credit for reviewing.
3) You will only receive credit for your first review.
4) To receive credit for your review, post an honest rating and comment about the service you have received from Stealth Computer Services. Next, shoot us an e-mail or give us a ring letting us know that you posted a review about your recent service. You will be credited after your review is confirmed.
5) Like Referral Credits, credits earned from reviews are not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation other than service labor credit. In the event that Stealth Computer Services goes out of business, you will not be compensated for any earned credits. Also, credits are not transferable to anyone and cannot be used by anyone else other than the person named on the account that earned them. Finally, credits cannot be applied to prior orders and cannot earn or cost anyone interest in any circumstances.
