After-Hours Rates: - On-Site Service: $95 per visit plus $65/Hr.
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Service: Double the regular price.
After-Hours services are not eligible for any sale, coupon, combo, discount, or other offers.
Travel and Access Fees:
Stealth Computer Services is located in El Cajon, California and offers free house-calls within most of East San Diego County. Farther locations are gladly served for an appropriate travel fee. Please note that any fees paid to access your residence (parking, toll roads, etc) will be added to your total.
Limitation of Liability:
Stealth Computer Services will perform all services to you, your property, and your possessions exercising the utmost in safety, care, quality, responsibility, completeness, honesty, and effort.
Due to the nature of computer systems, failures can happen for any reason including, but not limited to wear and tear, manufacturing defects, virus infections, or even no apparent reason at all. These failures can have many consequences including, but not limited to, data loss or corruption, lost productivity or revenue, and hardware or software malfunction. Also, if your system is still under any warranty, that warranty may be voided for allowing Stealth Computer Services (or any other party not specifically authorized in the warranty's terms) to work on it.
To provide service in such a dynamic environment, Stealth Computer Services requires that all clients agree to the following before service begins:
1) Stealth Computer Services, including the individual representative performing service, cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any hardware or software failures, user error, data loss or corruption, lost productivity or revenue, voided warranties, theft, damage, vandalism, loss, actions or failure of any third-party entity, or any other consequences arising from such events.
2) Under no circumstances shall Stealth Computer Services, or the individual performing service, be liable to compensate any client for more than the amount paid by the client for services performed under the single work order invoice which the incident occurred.
3) Neither Stealth Computer Services nor the individual performing service can be held responsible for property left past 60 days of receipt. All such property will be considered abandoned and becomes sole property of Stealth Computer Services.
Payment and Rights Policy:
1) All time spent during on-site visits, regardless of activity or location, will be charged at $35 per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge per visit. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services are charged at their advertised or quoted price.
2) Pick-Up/Drop-Off services turn around within three business days unless complications arise or parts need to be ordered. Priority service may be available for an additional $75. Priority service cannot be cancelled and must be paid once initiated, regardless of result.
3) After-Hours on-site service is $95 per visit plus $65/Hr. After-hours Pick-Up/Drop-Off service is double the regular price. After-Hours services are not eligible for any sale, combo, discount, coupon, or other offers.
4) All estimates for duration of hourly services are approximate. Be advised that actual duration may vary greatly based on factors beyond our control such as your system's performance, your location's environment and equipment, your system's configuration, and the severity of your computer's problems.
5) Stealth Computer Services accepts payment in the form of Cash or Check only. Please make any checks payable to "Stealth Computer Services".
6) All advance purchases made by Stealth Computer Services on the client’s behalf must be repaid in full by the client upon completion of service, regardless of service outcome, and are not refundable.
7) Payment for services will be due immediately upon presentation of invoice. There is a $25-per-day late fee beginning with the day of service if payment cannot be made immediately. There is also a minimum charge of $35 plus travel if we make a return trip to collect payment.
8) Please be advised that Stealth Computer Services has a Zero Tolerance Policy for business abuse and, if necessary, will exercise its rights to the full extent of the law against fraud and delinquent payments.
9) Stealth Computer Services reserves the right to modify, refuse, or terminate any offer, service, price, or other advertised feature at any time without notice or compensation.
Custom System Building Service:
Terms of Service:
1) We guarantee the quality of all our labor and installations. Defective or failed parts are covered by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.
2) Since we are not the manufacturer of the parts used to build your system, we obviously are not responsible for defective or failed parts.
3) We offer NO WARRANTY on parts and will not waive labor charges to diagnose or replace the item in the event of a failure.
4) As per our general Terms of Service, we are also not responsible for any consequences of defective or failed items.
Used Computer Sales:
Terms of Sale:
1) We guarantee the quality of all our labor and installations.
2) This system has passed a thorough, multi-point inspection before it was offered for sale to ensure it was working properly.
3) Since we are not the manufacturer of your system, or the parts used to build your system, we obviously are not responsible for defective or failed parts.
4) We offer NO WARRANTY on the system or parts, and will charge full regular price if service is requested to diagnose or replace any item in the event of a malfunction or failure.
5) As a client, you have the right to test your new system before purchasing while we are on site. You may test as much as you like for up to one hour before making your final decision.
6) All sales for used systems are final and cannot be refunded.
7) As per our general Terms of Service, we are also not responsible for any consequences of defective or failed items.
